Sam: We have 12 x-ray machines. That's a savings of 4,800,000.
De Morel: See? We can't give her ten percent of that. It's way too much.
De Morel: I'm sure she will be equally happy being named employee of the year.
Sam: I am even more sure that she will not see that as a path to happiness.
