Florence: Here, the weights are moving all over the place. It's like you're doing an initial balance shot every time.
Florence: Maybe the program that analyzes vibration and tells where to put the weights has gone bad.
Capp: Doesn't solve our problem. Gives us something new to check. I'll count that as progress.
